Located near the downtown San Diego business corridor, we are easily accessible from five major freeways. When traveling by public transportation, you will find us across the street from the Seaport Village Trolley Stop and a short walking distance from the Sante Fe Train Depot serviced by Amtrak and the San Diego Metro Coaster.

PARKING DETAILS

Standard Rate $8 per hour (or part thereof). No maximum

Discounted Parking Rates:
Receive a discounted parking rate when you spend a minimum of $10 at a Seaport Village business.

  • Monday – Thursday:
    $5 for the first 3 hours or part thereof
    $3 every 30 minutes thereafter or part thereof

  • Friday – Sunday:
    $5 for the first 2 hours or part thereof
    $3 every 30 minutes thereafter or part thereof

Seaport Village has two parking lots available for visitors. The larger main lot is located on the west side of Kettner Blvd. and the smaller secondary lot is on the east side of Kettner Blvd.

Parking & Validation Instructions:

  • Upon arriving at one of the Seaport Village parking lots push the button at one of the entrance stations to receive a timestamped parking ticket allowing the gate to open for entry.

  • Enter the lot and park your car.

  • Take your ticket with you for validation for discounted parking rates shown above.

  • When spending a minimum of $10 at a Seaport business please ask the merchant for parking validation.

Payment Instructions

Seaport Village parking transactions are cashless.
Acceptable forms of payment are:
VISA, MC, AMEX, Discover, ApplePay & Google Pay

Upon leaving Seaport Village there are two ways you can pay for parking:

  • Pay by Foot Station - Scan your ticket at the “Pay by Foot Station” near Hot Licks prior to going back to your car. Scan your paid ticket at the exit paystation.

  • Paystation at Exit - Scan your ticket (and validation sticker if applicable) at the kiosk at any of the parking lot exits and process your cashless payment at the kiosk.
