Pictures with Surfing SantaThis year, Santa embraces Southern California's warm weather holiday season in true San Diego style. He'll arrive by watercraft on Sunday December 14, 2008 at 12 p.m. in front of the Pier Café. Sporting his board shorts and flip flops, Surfing Santa will pose for free photos with guests on his life-size surfboard and wave until 4 p.m.
December 20 and 21, 2008 from 9 a.m. - 10:30 a.m., Santa will make an appearance at the Harbor House Restaurant for Breakfast with Santa. The morning includes a full breakfast, pictures with Santa, face painting, balloon artists, kids show, and a gift bag for the kids. Call early, as space is limited: 619-235-4014 x 3.
Shopping, waterfront dining and free entertainmentSeaport Village houses more than 50 one-of-a-kind shops for your holiday needs and four bay-front restaurants with some of San Diego's most breathtaking views. Throughout the weekends, Seaport Village offers free concerts ranging from rock 'n' roll and rhythm and blues to swing and Latin beats from 1- 4 p.m. Daily, patrons can enjoy Seaport's face painters, balloon artists, sidewalk performers, caricature artists and more.
